How Do I Care For My Clothing?
Heat First! Throw your inkqueery clothing into the dryer for 5 minutes or iron with a cloth on top of the design. Cold wash (hand washing recommended, but machine is fine). Hang to dry for longer life.
What if I want to return or exchange my item(s)?
inkqueery aims to make quality pieces you will love, however we know satisfaction can't always be 100% guaranteed. inkqueery doesn't accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Unless there is photographic proof of exceeding damage to the product which MUST be provided within 24 hours and will then be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Processing time is 5 - 12 business days. Shipping will be updated with your tracking information once processed. You will receive an email with details, shipping expediency is contingent on Shipper.
